Hemet Sunrooms and Patios provides residential sunroom construction, patio enclosure, and related home improvement services in Hemet, CA and surrounding communities. The scope of work for any individual project is defined in a separate written contract or proposal agreed upon by both parties. Estimates provided before a signed contract are non-binding and subject to change based on on-site conditions, material costs, permit requirements, and changes in project scope. A written, itemized proposal will be provided before any work begins. Prices are not guaranteed until a contract is executed in writing by both parties. If unforeseen conditions arise during construction that require additional work, we will notify you in writing and obtain your approval before proceeding with any change in scope or cost.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by permit processing times, weather, material availability, and other factors outside our control. We will communicate scheduling changes as soon as they are known.
If you wish to cancel a signed contract, cancellation terms are defined in your individual service agreement. In general, any deposits paid to cover materials or permit fees already incurred may be non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge for reasonable costs incurred prior to cancellation.
Payment schedules are outlined in each individual service contract. Typically, a deposit is collected at contract signing, progress payments are made at defined project milestones, and the final payment is due upon project completion and final inspection. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the service agreement. Work may be paused if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
We are responsible for applying for and obtaining required building permits for projects we undertake. The client is responsible for disclosing any HOA restrictions, easements, or other encumbrances on the property before work begins. Costs related to HOA submission fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not liable for delays caused by permit processing or HOA review timelines.
Warranty terms specific to labor and materials are outlined in your individual service contract. In general, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and will address defects that result from our installation.
The website at hemetsunroomcontractor.com and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hemet Sunrooms and Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a service project shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for that specific project. You agree to disclose any known site conditions, including underground utilities, that could affect the project. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in additional costs for which the client is responsible.

In the event of a dispute arising from a service agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider, unless the amount in controversy falls within the jurisdictional limits of small claims court in California, in which case either party may pursue small claims court as an alternative.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to the arbitration clause above shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in California.
